The CEH Program certifies individuals in the specific
network security discipline of Ethical Hacking from a vendor-neutral
perspective. The Certifi ed Ethical Hacker certifi cation will
fortify the application knowledge of security offi cers, auditors,
security professionals, site administrators, and anyone who is
concerned about the integrity of the network infrastructure. A
Certifi ed Ethical Hacker is a skilled professional who understands
and knows how to look for the weaknesses and vulnerabilities in
target systems and uses the same knowledge and tools as a malicious
hacker.
To earn the EC-Council Certified Ethical certification,
students must pass the CEH 312-50 Exam. All preparation
courses, except First Look courses, include a $250 testing voucher.
The Certified Ethical Hacking and Countermeasures
course is meant to educate, introduce, and demonstrate hacking
tools for penetration testing purposes only.
Prior to attending this course, you will be asked to sign an agreement
stating that you will not use the newly acquired skills for illegal
or malicious attacks and you will not use such tools in an attempt
to compromise any computer system, and to indemnify EC-Council
with respect to the use or misuse of these tools, regardless of
intent.
The Accredited Training Centers (ATC) will make sure that all
applicants work for legitimate companies.
If you are unsure whether or not you would benefit from this training
class, we also offer a 1-Day First Look: Introduction to Certified
Ethical Hacking course. This course will provide you with an overview
of the topics covered in the full, 5-day course. If after attending
this 1-day course, you decide to register for the full course,
the price of the First Look will be credited toward the cost of
the 5-day class.
