By participating in the ADNET Technologies, Inc. (ADNET) Client Referral Program (“the Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
To participate in the Program you must be a current ADNET client in good standing. A referral must result in a signed contract between the referred company and ADNET in order for the referring company to receive their choice of reward. The contract must be signed within six (6) months of ADNET receiving the referral. The referred company cannot be an existing client of ADNET at the time of the referral and cannot have purchased products or services from ADNET within the past two (2) years. The client cannot have an outstanding balance with ADNET and cannot have been referred to a collections agency for payment of goods and services provided by ADNET in the past.
Referrals are valid only if the name of the referred company, the full name of an employee of such company, and the phone number and email address of the referred contact are present. Reward recipients will be notified within one (1) month of the referred company signing a contact with ADNET.
ADNET will make the sole and final determination of the validity of each referral and of each reward recipient. There is (no) limit to the number of successful referrals a company can submit, however, each is individually subject to verification. If more than one company submits the same referral, ADNET will determine which referring company receives the reward based on the timeliness of the award submission. ADNET reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program at any time, without notification.
If ADNET determines at its sole discretion that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against you, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you under the Program (including, without limitation, by canceling or declining to credit any and all rewards issued or to be issued to you in connection with the Program).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither ADNET nor any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or other representatives can be held liable for damages arising out of or in connection with this offer. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss of or damage to property; and claims of third parties.
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you
and ADNET with respect to the Client Referral Program. If any provision
of the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, such invalidity will
not affect the remaining provisions. This promotion is void where
prohibited or where it violates any applicable laws. For more information
