If the student cancels within the cancellation period, or does not show for a class; he/she will still be charged for 100% of the class fee. The cancellation period (in calendar days) is 7 days for most applications classes and 14 days for all Technical classes and any Applications class that is 3 or more days in length. The student may take the class within a 12 month period, at no additional cost, on a “seat-available” basis. Registrations made on a “seat-available” basis must be confirmed by the student within 48 hours prior to the start of class to verify that there is a seat available in the class.

We provide morning refreshments and encourage students to arrive
15-20 minutes early. After classes start, students fifteen (15)
or more minutes late may or may not be admitted.
