ADNET's Metrics that Matter (MTM) Results

Metrics that Matter™ (MTM) is a web-based learning evaluation and analytics system that allows Microsoft Certified Partners to measure the impact and quality of their services, and provides student feedback as to how to improve performance. MTM scores are based on a "1-9" scale that spans several different categories. Organization's individual scores are compared to an "MTM Benchmark" which is essentially, the national average score.

So why is this so important?
