Client Satisfaction Policy


At ADNET, we pride ourselves on quality. We enjoy cultivating enduring relationships with clients through efficient technology solutions, quality training, and long-term support services. In our Education Division, this means that the cost of the class, plus tax, includes the class itself, the reference manual, exercise files, refreshments, follow-up phone support, and a re-take option.

We encourage our students to arrive 15-20 minutes before the class starts and enjoy the complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, soda, and bagels. This allows classes to start on time in a positive manner. Most classes run from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm with an hour-long lunchtime and a short afternoon break with provided cookies.

Education Re-Take Policy

Need a refresher course? If you need to re-take a course and have taken the course before at ADNET Technologies, Inc., and the same version of the course is still being offered on our public schedule, you have the opportunity to re-take the course at anytime as long as the course is still being offered. You are also expected to bring your book from your previous class. If there is an update to courseware or if you do not have your book from your previous class, you must re-purchase the courseware before attending the class.
