ADNET Technologies, Inc., a leading systems integrator that builds and supports computer networks for businesses across New England, today announced that Windsor-based Key-Logic Education Center, LLC, a leading regional technology training company, has become a wholly owned subsidiary.

Key-Logic is Connecticut’s premier provider of end-user computer application and Internet training. At its education facilities in Windsor, as well as at partnership sites in downtown Hartford, Niantic, Stamford, and elsewhere, Key-Logic delivers training services to thousands of users from hundreds of client organizations and agencies annually. The focus is on making users confident and productive with their technology tools; courses range from teaching people how to operate commercial desktop applications to customized training on clients’ proprietary software.

Expanding into technology training is a natural next step for ADNET, says its president, Ed Laprade. “ADNET’s goal has always been to help our clients solve business problems by leveraging their technology assets,” says Laprade. “With the addition of Key-Logic’s rich educational capabilities, we can now deliver complementary training services that enable our clients to get even more out of the core business applications and state-of-the-art networks they acquire from us.”

After the acquisition, Key-Logic will continue to operate under it’s own brand. Mr. Browne will remain with the company as Vice President of Sales while the company’s founder, Frank Wood, will serve as Vice President of Training Services.
